This hybrid role combines digital marketing execution with on-site guest service responsibilities, ensuring a seamless brand experience both online and in-person.

What You'll Do
- Manage social media and create engaging content
- Monitor reviews and track digital performance
- Support marketing campaigns and events
- Ensure consistent branding across all digital platforms
- Coordinate promotions across properties
- Greet guests, build relationships, and enhance their experience
- Assist with guest inquiries and on-site activations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for hospitality
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing basics
- Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret performance data
- Positive, energetic, and professional attitude
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and social platforms
- Must be 21 and eligible to obtain a gaming license
- Availability for flexible hours
