What You'll Expect
As a Bartender, you’ll craft beverages, serve food and drinks, and create a welcoming, high-quality guest experience. You’ll maintain cleanliness, uphold service standards, and ensure compliance with responsible alcohol service regulations.
What You'll Do
- Prepare, serve, and present cocktails, beer, coffee, tea, and other beverages
- Take food and drink orders, upsell items, and replenish beverages
- Advise guests on drink selections and ensure responsible alcohol service
- Operate bar equipment, manage stock, and follow inventory controls
- Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly
- Process payments accurately and follow cash handling procedures
- Maintain bar cleanliness, sanitation, and equipment safety
- Assist with receiving and storing bar supplies.
- Minimum 1 year bartending experience preferred; food server experience a plus
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and basic bar operations
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a noisy, smoky environment
- Flexible schedule required, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Tip pooling is voluntary/optional for tipped employees
