Granger Medical Clinic is seeking a compassionate and motivated Full-Time Patient Services Representative to join our Urology team at our Murray location.

This position works closely with patients, physicians, and clinical staff, requiring strong communication and customer service skills.
Schedule: 40 hours per week

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in typing and basic computer skills.
- Team-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
- Greet patients in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls efficiently.
- Schedule appointments according to established procedures.
- Communicate clearly with patients, providers, and staff regarding appointments and related needs.
- Accurately collect and record patient demographic and insurance information.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a medical office preferred.
- Primarily sedentary work, with occasional lifting up to 10 lbs.
- Frequent use of computers and office equipment requiring repetitive motion.
