You'll work closely with physicians, clinical staff, and fellow team members to ensure every patient receives exceptional care and service from the moment they walk through our doors.

What You'll Bring

- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- Confidence working with computers and typing/keyboarding tasks
- A team-oriented mindset and genuine enjoyment in working with people
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

- Warmly greet and assist patients in person and over the phone
- Schedule appointments following clinic guidelines
- Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, providers, and staff
- Collect and maintain accurate patient demographic and insurance information
- Support daily clinic operations and perform additional duties as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous medical office experience preferred
- Comfortable, climate-controlled office setting
- Primarily sedentary role with occasional lifting (up to 10 lbs)
