Position Overview:
As the HR/Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in attracting and retaining top talent, managing the full recruitment life cycle, and supporting daily HR operations. You will partner with department managers to identify hiring needs, conduct interviews, and promote a culture of excellence and respect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles
- Manage job postings and applicant tracking systems
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
- Provide guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and compliance
- Assist in employee engagement, retention, and performance initiatives
- Support benefit administration and annual open enrollment
- Track recruitment metrics and deliver regular reports to leadership
Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in HR and/or recruitment preferred
- Familiarity with employment laws and HR best practices
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) a plus
