Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional guest services at our hotel. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and smooth check-in and check-out processes. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of hospitality management, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage multi-line phone systems to handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to guests
- Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using hotel management software
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are prepared and issues are resolved promptly
- Process payments accurately and handle cash or credit transactions securely
- Uphold phone etiquette standards while managing inquiries via phone or in person
- Assist with night audit procedures as needed to ensure financial accuracy and reporting
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency to communicate effectively with diverse guests
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal skills

Pay: $20.90 - $25.17 per hour
