Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent (11pm-7am shift) Part Time, to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently using hotel management software.
- Answer phone calls promptly, providing information about hotel services, room availability, and rates while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions in the system.
- Assist with reservations, modifications, and cancellations as needed.
- Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities to enhance guest experience.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
- Uphold the highest standards of hospitality and guest relations at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service and guest relations.
- Proficiency in phone systems and hotel management software is desirable.
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail in a busy environment.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including overnights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
