THE ROLE
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Technology Support Technician with strong experience in network troubleshooting, firewall administration, and Zoom conference room technology. The ideal candidate will provide Tier 1-2 support to end users, ensure stable and secure network access, and maintain seamless conferencing experiences across physical and virtual meeting spaces.
WHAT YOU BRING:
- 2 years in an IT Help Desk or Technical Support role.
- Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and basic network diagnostics.
- Experience supporting and configuring Zoom Rooms or similar conference room technology (e.g., Teams Rooms, Cisco Webex).
- Familiarity with firewall configuration and troubleshooting.
- Comfortable with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Zendesk, ServiceNow).
- Experience with network tools (Wireshark, NetSpot, etc.).
- Knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory.
- CompTIA A , Network , or similar certifications.
- Experience with cloud-based platforms like Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
