Duties

• Assist with the installation of hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and decorative stonework using power tools and hand tools.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate project execution.
• Operate heavy equipment safely for excavation, grading, and site preparation tasks.
• Perform site inspections to ensure quality standards are met and safety protocols are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support carpentry tasks including framing, door hanging, trim carpentry, and cabinetry installation to enhance landscape structures.
• Handle concrete forming, finishing, masonry work, and stucco application to create durable outdoor features.
• Conduct restoration work and perform detailed landscaping tasks such as planting, mulching, and soil preparation.
• Use various power tools and hand tools efficiently for tasks like caulking, tile laying, glass installation, roofing, and flooring installation.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects adhere to design specifications and client expectations.
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite while adhering to safety standards at all times.

Experience

• Prior experience in construction site work or landscaping projects is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings is essential for precise execution.
• Hands-on experience with construction management or estimating is a plus but not required.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, or roofing enhances your versatility on the job site.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and construction safety practices is necessary.
• Experience with concrete finishing, masonry, fabrication, welding, or restoration projects will set you apart.
