What You'll Do
The Medical Assistant plays a crucial role within the healthcare team at Clinic 2, our family practice clinic. They provide essential administrative and clinical support to ensure efficient operations and high-quality, compassionate patient care under the supervision of a medical provider.
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations.
- Conduct patient interviews, measure vital signs (pulse rate, temperature, blood pressure, weight, and height), and accurately document this information in patients' medical records.
- Administer immunizations as necessary.
- Perform blood draws and prepare blood samples for laboratory analysis when required.
- Engage with patients to address any concerns or inquiries they may have.
- Stay informed about public health policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
Who We're Looking For
- Courses or experiences showing commitment, reliability, or work ethic
- Brings Certified Medical Assistant/Registered Medical Assistant experience, but we'll consider all experiences
- Speaks both English and Spanish to better serve our community, but not required
- Must have a current American Heart Association BLS card within 3 months of initial employment and maintain current status throughout GRHD employment.
What We Offer
Our total rewards package includes
- Pay Range: $20.50 - $30.29 /hour (based on experience)
- Shift Differentials: $2-$4/hour for nights and weekends
- PRN Differential: 10% differential in addition to base rate salary

Compensation may vary outside this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
