What You’ll Do
Banquet Servers support the Café Manager, Banquet Coordinator, and Nutritional Services Department in coordinating and executing successful banquets, meetings, and events. This position assists with event planning, room preparation, food service support, and event cleanup to ensure a positive experience for guests and hosts.
- Set up banquet and conference rooms according to event requirements, including table, linens, chairs, and other equipment
- Roll silverware and set tables for events and meetings
- Monitor banquet and meeting spaces during events to ensure needs are met
- Clean and reset conference rooms following events, including teardown and equipment removal
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet and service areas
- Perform other duties and assigned
Who We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must obtain Food Handlers Certification from an ANSI accredited program within one month of hire and maintain current status throughout GRHD employment
- One year of experience in a similar role preferred
What We Offer
Our total rewards package includes
- Pay Range: $15.50 - $21.00 per hour
- PRN Differential: 10% differential in addition to base rate salary

Compensation may vary outside this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
