  • Verify installation of mechanical components against manufacturer specifications and project standards.
  • Manage quality checks for mechanical interfaces with electrical systems.

Quality Planning & ITP Development

  • Develop, implement, and maintain Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) for civil and mechanical works.
  • Define hold points, witness points, and acceptance criteria for foundations, piling, concrete, drainage, racking systems, and mechanical assemblies.
  • Ensure ITPs align with project specifications, codes, and client requirements.
  • Train site teams and subcontractors on ITP execution and documentation.

Non-Conformance Management & RCCA

  • Lead the identification, documentation, and resolution of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
  • Implement structured Root Cause & Corrective Action (RCCA) methodologies to prevent recurrence.
  • Track NCRs from initiation through closure, ensuring timely corrective and preventive actions.
  • Communicate NCR trends and RCCA outcomes to project leadership and stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of accountability by ensuring lessons learned are integrated into SOPs and ITPs.

Document Control & Compliance

  • Establish and enforce document control protocols for quality records, SOPs, QAPs, ITPs, NCRs, and audit evidence.
  • Maintain strict version control to ensure teams are working from the latest approved documents.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely submission, review, and approval of quality documentation.
  • Archive and safeguard records for audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
  • Provide structured summaries of documentation status to project leadership.
  • Maintain strict version control of SOPs, QAPs, ITPs, and inspection records.
  • Compile structured audit findings and provide corrective action plans to stakeholders.

Leadership & Mentorship

  • Mentor site level quality engineers and inspectors across civil and mechanical disciplines.
  • Provide recognition and constructive feedback to drive accountability and performance.
  • Collaborate with construction managers, subcontractors, and environmental teams to resolve quality issues in real time.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of quality management experience in large scale infrastructure or renewable energy projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in civil or mechanical engineering highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of civil construction (concrete, piling, drainage) and mechanical installation (racking, trackers, torquing).
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).
  • Demonstrated expertise in Non-Conformance Management and RCCA methodologies.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001, ASTM, ACI, AWS, and renewable energy compliance standards.
