Student Attendance Days - 10:35 am to 1:35 pm
Salary:
$20.25/hr per SRP Contract
Duties:
- Monitor student behavior and ensure orderly conduct during lunch to promote a safe and welcoming environment for all students.
- Address and redirect inappropriate behavior in a calm and respectful manner.
- Assist students as needed (e.g., finding seating, locating utensils).
- Ensure cleanliness of the cafeteria space
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with building administrators and food service staff.
- Supervise entrances/exits to ensure students remain in designated areas until the bell.
- Report any incidents or concerns to the appropriate staff member immediately.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or four (4) years of experience in the care and supervision of children.
- Ability to maintain composure in a busy environment
- Commitment to reliability and punctuality.
Qualifications Desired:
- Prior experience working with adolescents.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
