Summary
TheGrand Hyatt Deer Valley Hotelis in the famed Deer Valley ski resort and approximately 40 minutes from the Salt Lake City International Airport. The Grand Hyatt Deer Valley Hotel is part of a new development, planned to incorporate 17 ski lifts, ±1,600 residential units, 8 hotels with a total of ±1,350 rooms, ±250,000 square feet of conference and retail space, and one of the largest “ski beaches” in the world.
The Grand Hyatt is comprised of 381 rooms, including 22 suites with approximately 25,900 square feet of net indoor meeting space, lobby level 3-meal restaurant and bar, signature bar, pool/après ski bar and grill, coffee bistro, large outdoor event terrace, pool and 3 whirlpools, kids club, and fitness area. In addition to the Hotel, there will be 55 condominium residences.

The Receiving Clerk isResponsible for receiving, stocking and delivering food and non-food items to various departments along with general upkeep of all storeroom areas. Will maintain par levels for necessary items. Position is physically demanding, must be able to lift a moderate to heavy weight and have basic communication skills.

Qualifications
- Oversee product placement and organization into correct storerooms.
- Pull packing slips from all deliveries.
- Checking in food deliveries.
- Internal delivery of food items as requested by outlets.
- Receive invoices through internal procurement system.
- Maintain inventory sheet counts.
- Update inventory sheets as product is added or removed.
- Receive product as part of dual controls from vendors as it is delivered.
- Valid driver license and clean driving record required.
