Do you love people, organization, and being the friendly face that makes others feel welcome? We’re looking for an energized, detail-loving Human Resources Assistant to join our busy HR office. This is an entry-level role with room to grow, perfect for someone who wants to kickstart their career in HR while making a real impact every day.

🎉 What You’ll Do

• Be the first friendly face greeting visitors, employees, and applicants
• Keep our office running smoothly by handling calls, walk-in questions, and special projects
• Help coordinate fun employee events and engagement activities
• Support new hires with onboarding and make them feel right at home
• Maintain files, assist with benefits questions, and keep our HR processes organized

• Strong organizational skills (you love checklists and keeping things on track!)
• A welcoming personality and great communication skills
• Spanish-speaking skills are a big plus
