Key Responsibilities:Sales & Lead Generation:
- Cold call and follow up with leads to generate new maintenance contracts and sales opportunities.
- Develop and deliver accurate, compelling proposals in collaboration with the sales and production teams.
- Meet with clients to gather necessary information, set expectations, and prepare for proposals.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, including turf specialists, for accurate quotes and scheduling.
- Lead sales forecasting, ensuring clear reporting of monthly and yeartodate sales numbers.
- Participate in client events and trade shows to build networks and enhance business opportunities.
- Oversee the onboarding of new clients, ensuring all necessary documents are completed and that the client’s needs are met.
- Serve as the primary CRM for new clients for the first 90 days and ensure smooth transitions to longterm CRM team members.
- Attend site meetings, meet clients onsite to confirm plans, measure areas, and ensure all project requirements are clear.
- Provide constructive feedback and resolve conflicts constructively, maintaining positive relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Communicate effectively with the production team to ensure all necessary details are shared and site conditions are understood.
- Prepare maps, proposals, and addendums for contract presentations and manage production folders for sold jobs.
- Lead by example by fostering a culture of collaboration, integrity, and innovation.
- Listen actively to team members and clients, responding appropriately to feedback and needs.
- Work effectively with internal teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Assign tasks based on team members' strengths and support them in achieving their best performance.

- Maintain accurate records of house counts, dog station counts, and client renewals to ensure timely billing and renewals.
- Update CRM systems (Asset, Dyno, Google Sheets) to track proposals, leads, and ongoing projects.
- Report monthly and YTD sales numbers to the Director of Sales by the end of each month.
- Ensure that billing processes are coordinated and that all necessary documentation is completed for AR.
- Utilize tools like Google Docs and Google Sheets for managing proposals, project timelines, and client communications.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, landscaping, or a similar role, ideally in landscape or facilities management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen, understand, and respond effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Google Applications (Sheets, Slides, Docs).
- Familiarity with tools like Dyno, Asset Estimating Software, and Property Intel is a plus.
