Full ownership. Market strategy, relationship development, preconstruction positioning, proposal influence, and closing — all yours. You're not feeding a CRM. You're building a book.
You'll work across developers, owners, brokers, and architects. You'll know who's planning what before anyone else does. And when it's time to close, you close.
