What you will actually do: Hunt down new business in established and emerging markets. Champion our Design Build expertise and win the RFQs and RFPs that matter. Qualify the right clients, build the right external teams, and cultivate the kind of relationships that turn into the next decade of work. You will be our eyes and ears in the market, feeding intel back to a Sales Team that knows how to move on it.
Who you are: Polished but persistent. Strategic but action-oriented. You have the savvy to sit across from a CEO and the hunger to chase down the lead nobody else saw. Ideally you bring 5 years in business development and know your way around the Design Build world, but above all, you bring the desire to win.
