Roles & Responsibili??es:
- Lead the overall health and performance of the A&E Studio, including workload, capacity, quality, and
- Manage and develop a team of architectural and interiors professionals, providing mentorship,
design excellence
- Drive opera??onal excellence through forecas??ng, u??liza??on tracking, and performance metrics
- Ensure design deliverables meet quality standards and align with construc??on execu??on; guide design
- Iden??fy and solve challenges across projects, people, and processes
- Establish and reinforce clear expecta??ons and accountability across the team
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between design and construc??on teams
- Contribute to the Studio’s financial performance, ensuring it operates as a profitable business unit
- Develop and foster a studio culture that supports design excellence, staff crea??vity, and con??nuous
- Ac??vely par??cipate in local, na??onal, or professional design and construc??on organiza??ons to reinforce
Required Knowledge, Experience & Competencies
- Educa??on background in Architecture or Interior Architecture
- Minimum of 10 years of related architecture/interiors experience with demonstrated progression into
- Demonstrated experience managing and developing architectural and interiors teams
- Strong understanding of design and construc??on processes
- Experience with opera??onal management including forecas??ng, u??liza??on, and delivery tracking
- Business acumen with an understanding of profitability and performance metrics
- Strong communica??on skills with the ability to deliver clear, direct feedback; professional presence and

Preferred Knowledge
- Licensed Architect (RA) in good standing
- Experience in a design-build or contractor-integrated environment
- Proven ability to develop team members into senior contributors or leaders
- Familiarity with design-build delivery methods and project structures
- Experience with department budgets, P&L, or opera??onal repor??ng
collabora??on and presence at in-person mee??ngs are cri??cal.
Travel Requirements
- Occasional travel to mee??ngs or events within 150-mile radius of office
- Occasional travel to various loca??ons requiring an overnight stay.
- Requires li??ing and moving objects up to 40 lbs.
- Requires periods of walking and standing
