We are seeking a well-versed IT Warehouse Specialist. In this role, you will manage equipment warehousing, maintenance, distribution, and employee equipment return. This position will also manage the equipment tracking system.
Primary Responsibilities /Accountabilities/ Essential Functions:
1. Coordinate Equipment Purchases
2. Ensure Cleanliness and Organization of Warehouse
3. Manage Equipment Inventory
4. Computer Imaging
5. Prepare equipment based on tickets
6. Responsible for Coordinating electronic Recycle Pickups
7. Ship and receive Equipment and Termination Kits
8. Tag equipment based on the assigned company
9. Track/Verify equipment is received/returned by Employees
10. Call in Manufacturer warranty repairs
11. Weekly Inventory Tracking
12. Submit, track, and receive all Requisitions and Purchase orders
13. communicate with outside suppliers regarding incoming and outbound requisitions and Purchase orders as well as any RMA's
14. Other duties as assigned
Equipment Used and Responsibility
- MS Office Suite and other applications
- Active directory, SCCM, network printing, scanning/imaging, Windows operating systems, Mac operating systems

None
Experience/ Education
- High school Diploma
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Previous pallet jack and/or forklift experience preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Related technical certifications are helpful but not required.
- Must work outside of normal business hours and rotating shifts
- Must have a valid drivers license
- able to meet Mandatory saturday Meetings once a month
- Order procurement and asset inventory management experience Preferred
- Must pass pre-employment background investigation.
