Minimum Qualifications:

- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a high-volume, upscale dining environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards (e.g., ServSafe certification).
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Multilingual abilities to assist a diverse guest population.
- Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items and enhance guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously, providing menus and explaining daily specials or promotions.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, relay them to the kitchen and bar, and ensure timely delivery to guests.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to answer guest questions and make recommendations.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and address any concerns or special requests promptly and professionally.
- Prepare tables for service, including setting up linens, silverware, glassware, and condiments, and ensure cleanliness throughout the shift.
- Process guest payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and electronic transactions with integrity.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow and support a positive work environment.
