The Reimbursement Analyst is responsible for helping manage the financial resources of Graham Health System by conducting a thorough analysis on reimbursement data to create reports identifying trends by payer and service line. The Reimbursement Analyst will regularly compile reports to provide departmental leadership with an overview of reimbursement management and compliance. This position will look for opportunities to enhance reimbursement processes and will provide consultation on reimbursement practices to mitigate denials and revenue leakage. This position reports to the Director of Business Services.
Associate’s degree in a business related or healthcare related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of five years applicable experience with progressively more responsible supervisory or management experience
