Schedule:
- Full-Time (40 hours per week)
- Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts
- Occasional extended days and emergency service calls

Requirements:
- 4 years of electrical trade experience
- 2-year degree in an electrical-related field preferred
- Working knowledge of NEC codes, arc flash, and safety protocols
- Ability to read and follow blueprints and schematics
- Strong troubleshooting skills (residential commercial)
- Low voltage experience (voice, data, fire alarm) is a plus
- Must hold or be able to obtain a Canton and/or Massillon Journeyman Card
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
- Must pass pre-employment and random drug/alcohol screenings
- Professional communication and customer interaction skills
- Physically capable of electrical work (climbing, kneeling, lifting, etc.)
- Displays personal integrity, initiative, and a willingness to help wherever needed

As a Residential Journeyman Electrician at Gragg Electrical Services, you'll be the expert customers trust when it matters most. You'll handle everything from troubleshooting and installations to mentoring apprentices and ensuring jobs are completed safely, cleanly, and to code.

Core Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality residential and light commercial electrical installs and repairs
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
- Install and terminate panels, transformers, meters, and distribution equipment
- Ensure all work meets NEC standards and OSHA safety rules
- Lead, train, and mentor apprentices on-site
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate clearly with clients and the office team
- Uphold company values of integrity, craftsmanship, and customer care
