What are the responsibilities and job description for the Industrial Electrician Journeyman position at Green Valley Recruiting?
We are working with a manufacturing company in the Wadsworth, Ohio area with an opening for an Industrial Electrician working Monday-Friday, on 2nd shift (3pm-11pm), with weekend overtime required as needed. Currently working 50-60 hours weekly. A Journeyman certification, or equivalent (10 years of experience working as an industrial electrician if no journeyman’s card), is required. This is an industrial / manufacturing environment looking for skilled trades people that can troubleshoot and repair the electrical systems of production equipment. The right individual will be responsible for installing, maintaining and troubleshooting electrical equipment. You will be expected to work on items like boilers, pans, presses, conveyor belts, control centers, manlifts, elevators, etc. You need to have a proven track recording of troubleshooting and fixing equipment – low voltage systems, 12V-480V.
