Part-Time Weekend Art Studio Assistant – (Syosset, NY)
WEEKEND AVAILABILITY IS REQUIRED – our busiest days are Saturdays and Sundays
Graff Lab Studio in Syosset is a lively, hands-on creative event space where art and fun come together We host kids' birthday parties, creative workshops, team-building events, fundraisers, and ladies' nights.
This is the perfect part-time job for someone who loves working with people, enjoys a fast-paced and upbeat environment, and is looking for weekend work that's fun and rewarding. Great for students, aspiring teachers, or anyone seeking a second job with flexible hours
What You'll Do
- Greet guests warmly and help them throughout events
- Assist with setup, cleanup, and keeping the studio organized
- Serve food and drinks during parties
- Support artists and event leaders during workshops
- Ensure a positive, engaging, and safe environment for all guests
- Maintain professionalism and a friendly attitude with children and families
Who You Are
- Energetic, outgoing, and great with kids and families
- Enjoy teaching or helping others learn creative skills
- Reliable and able to commit to weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday are mandatory)
- Have strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
- Live locally on Long Island and have reliable transportation
