Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Workday Techno-Functional Implementation Consultant to lead enterprise Workday implementations and drive delivery excellence. This role requires deep expertise in Workday HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, and ADP integrations, combined with strong technical skills in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, RaaS, Reporting, and Calculated Fields.
The ideal candidate will lead at least two large-scale enterprise Workday implementations, ensuring successful delivery across multiple workstreams. Active Workday Certification is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Implementation Leadership:
- Lead end-to-end enterprise Workday implementations, including planning, execution, and post-go-live support .
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication across distributed teams.
Functional Expertise:
- Configure and optimize Workday HCM, Benefits, Compensation, and Payroll modules to meet business requirements .
- Design and implement ADP integrations to ensure seamless payroll data exchange and compliance .
Technical Configuration:
- Develop custom integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors .
- Build advanced reports and Calculated Fields to support business intelligence and decision-making .
- Design and implement RaaS (Report as a Service) solutions for data sharing across enterprise systems.
Governance & Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to best practices and compliance standards .
- Manage testing cycles, including functional, integration, and user acceptance testing.
Stakeholder Coordination:
- Collaborate with product, engineering, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders .
- Mentor junior consultants and drive delivery excellence across the team.
Required Qualifications:
- 8 years of Workday implementation experience .
- Experience leading at least two enterprise Workday implementations .
- Strong expertise in Workday HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, and ADP integrations .
- Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, RaaS, Reporting, and Calculated Fields .
- Experience with Workday Reporting and Calculated Fields for business intelligence .
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active Workday Certification (HCM, Payroll, or Integrations) .
- Experience with Workday Extend, Prism Analytics, or Orchestrate Developer certifications .
- Experience working in consulting or large-scale transformation programs.
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
