Job Title: Business Analyst / Data Analyst

About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst / Data Analyst to support business process improvement and data-driven decision-making. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, document processes, ensure data quality, and support project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, processes, and workflows
- Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, SOPs, and user guides
- Analyze data to identify trends, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities
- Ensure data accuracy and quality across systems and reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
- Support system implementations, testing (UAT), and change management activities
- Track project tasks, timelines, risks, and provide status updates to stakeholders
- Assist in training users on systems and business processes
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for business insights
- Continuously improve processes using best practices and analytical insights
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Analysis / Data Analysis
- Strong experience in process documentation and requirement gathering
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, data analysis)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- High attention to detail and quality
Preferred / Good to Have
- Experience with SQL, Power BI, or Tableau
- Exposure to system implementation projects
- Experience in UAT, test case creation, and validation
- Familiarity with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, etc.)
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
