We are seeking an experienced Lead MERN Stack Developer to drive solution design, development, and delivery for large-scale enterprise applications. This role requires a highly skilled full-stack engineer with strong functional analysis capabilities, hands-on technical leadership, and the ability to guide teams in an agile, innovation-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Solution Design

• Lead solution design discussions and drive design approvals.
• Champion both technical and functional solutions across the full stack.
• Oversee programming functions to ensure builds are stable, secure, scalable, and aligned with business requirements.

Application Development

• Develop and maintain enterprise-grade web applications using the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Implement responsive UI components ensuring exceptional user experience.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.

Quality, Collaboration & Delivery

• Follow and enforce Agile delivery methodology.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing software.
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, product managers, and developers.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and continuously improve development processes.
• Leverage AI tools such as GitHub Copilot to accelerate development.

Required Skills, Qualifications & Experience

• 8 years of experience in the IT industry.
• Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise-scale applications using the MERN stack.
• Proven background as a Senior or Lead MERN Developer.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6 ).
• Expertise in React.js, Node.js, MongoDB, and NestJS.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating third-party APIs.
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and front-end fundamentals.
• Strong grasp of authentication/authorization standards (e.g., JWT, OAuth).
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to write clean, reusable, well-documented code.
• Hands-on leadership style suited to fast-paced, innovation-driven environments.
