Graceland Management Services, LLC, a leader in the manufacturing and rental of portable storage buildings, is seeking a Staff Accountant to serve our Finance Department. The Staff Accountant will also be responsible for month-end close, tax filings and issues, completion of financial statements, and systems maintenance. - GL Account Reconciliations
- Preparation/Uploading of Journal Entries
- Bank account reconciliations
- General administrative duties
- Assistance with Internal/External auditing requests
- All other duties assigned by Management
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Ability to communicate effectively and provide necessary feedback
- High attention to detail
- Perform accurately and efficiently to meet strict deadlines
- 2 years of Accounting experience preferred
- Availability to work overtime as needed
