- Location: Ocean County, NJ
- Employment Type: Part-Time, Per Diem
- Compensation: Competitive pay starting at $20 per hour

Key Responsibilities
- Personal Care: Assist patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, skincare, and mobility support.
- Meal Preparation: Plan and prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs.
- Household Assistance: Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment for patients.
- Documentation: Accurately record patient care activities using Celltrak.
- Team Collaboration: Report changes in patient conditions to RN Case Managers.
Qualifications
- Certification: Valid NJ Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) in good standing.
- Communication Skills: Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating fluently in English.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
- Travel: Willingness to travel within Gloucester County.
