Grace Healthcare Services is experiencing a period of tremendous growth and is looking to hire Certified Home Health Aides. We are specifically hiring for the following shifts: We provide end of life care to patients in their homes and facilities across the state of New Jersey. Job Type: Part-time, per diem & full time available.Required experience:
- Proof of your current Professional New Jersey Certification.
- Ability to read, write and communicate effectively with our hospice patients
- Long Term Care, Hospice or Home Care experience is a plus!
- MUST have valid NJ Drivers License AND reliable transportation.
- Experience Certified Home Health Aide: 1 year is preferable
