Your Role as a CHHA
Provide compassionate personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility assistance
Prepare simple, nutritious meals based on patients' dietary needs
Maintain a clean and safe home environment
Document all care using Celltrak
Report patient condition updates to RN Case Managers
What You Need to Join Our Team
Active NJ CHHA certification in good standing
Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
Willingness to travel throughout Monmouth County
Salary : $20 - $21
