MUST HAVE EXTENSIVE OR EXPERIENCE
5/2 Split - 5 on, 2 off, 2 on, 5 off, then repeats
Large level I trauma center and do a lot of OR and fluoro, must have extensive OR experience
NO travel pair if they want the same schedule
Travel pairs can NOT request the same schedule absoutely no exceptions
Start date: ASAP
Ratios:
Years of Experience REQ: Minimum 1 year
First-timers Accepted: Y/N: No
Weekend REQ: Yes
Certs REQ: ARRT Cert
Is on-call REQ? No
Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Float within scope – ED, IP, OP, OR, portables
Open to accommodating block schedule?
Locals accepted: 25 mile rad
Pending License accepted? No
RTO Restrictions: No holiday weeks and will need RTO requests ahead of time, preferably during interview
Guaranteed Hours: Schedule as follows: 7p-7a 5/2 split - every other weekend required
Special Requirements: Extensive OR to include O-ARm GE/ siemens Xray equip hospital exp required - prefer large volume hospital.
