Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruiting and onboarding volunteers.
- Support volunteer training.
- Help manage volunteer schedules.
- Serve as Hallway Coordinator.
- Support weekly ministry operations.
- Other duties as assigned.
- A growing relationship with Jesus Christ and a lifestyle that demonstrates obedience.
- A member of Grace Baptist Church, or a willingness to become a member.
- Committed to the core values of the church.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.

- Up to 20 hours a week.
