Strings Instructor Job Description

Title: Strings Instructor

Time Status: Part-Time

Reports to: Director of GPAC

Summary:

The Strings Instructor for Grace Performing Arts Center will provide string lessons while fostering a Christ-centered and engaging learning environment for students of all ages and skill levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach lessons to students of various ages and skill levels.
• Develop personalized lesson plans to meet individual students' needs and goals.
• Prepare students for recitals, showcases, and assessments.
• Foster a positive and Christ-centered learning environment.
• Track student progress and provide regular feedback to parents.
• Collaborate with the Director of GPAC and follow all policies to enhance the GPAC’s
  
  
  

offerings and program.

• Participate in recitals, showcases, meetings, and other events as needed.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Must be a follower of Jesus Christ and have a lifestyle that demonstrates biblical integrity.
• Committed to the core values of Grace Baptist Church.
• Proven experience as a strings instructor.
• Ability to work with students of different ages and skill levels.
• A positive attitude at all times and poise under pressure.
• High attention to detail and accuracy with complete follow-through.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
