Your Role
The Part-Time Administrative Assistant supports the day-to-day operations of the corporate office by providing administrative assistance and helping maintain an organized, efficient, and welcoming work environment.
- Manage front desk, including welcoming guests, directing visitors, and handling deliveries
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and greet visitors in a professional manner
- Support the Accounting department with routine accounting functions
- Assist with filing, scanning, copying, and organizing documents and records
- Prepare and distribute mail, packages, and correspondence
- Support various departments with administrative projects and special assignments
- Assist with planning and coordinating company meetings, employee events, and office activities
- Provide administrative support to the Office Manager as needed
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams, and Outlook preferred
Work Conditions
- Part-time, temporary role with an anticipated end date of 08/31/2026, with the possibility of an extension or conversion to a permanent position
