- Develop long-term relationships with key clients, communicate regularly, resolve questions and concerns promptly, and create an environment where clients are satisfied with our services.
- Develop accurate estimates for prospective clients and leads.
- Routinely inspect key client properties to monitor performance and overall job quality.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of Landscape Operations for the West Palm Beach Market.
- Ensure all contracts are executed correctly and within budget
- Monitor branch safety records and implement methods to improve safe workplace practices
- Achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations.
- Implement production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards.
- Resolve operations problems
- Ensure proper use and care of all branch assets
- Identify staffing needs
- Monitor, train, counsel, discipline, review, and develop growth plans for employees.
- Foster a culture of positivity, empowerment, and dedication to meeting the company’s contractual obligations and exceeding client expectations.
- Ensure proper paperwork is completed for all employee hires and changes.
