GQR is growing our high-performance contract recruitment team within our NYC Office. We're hiring recruitment pros to focus on placing acute care clinicians (RN & Allied) into short-term assignments at our hospital partners nationwide.
This is a 180 recruiting role, with total candidate ownership. Our Account Managers drive client relationships and job flow, so you can focus on what you do best: finding, closing, and redeploying top clinical talent.
The Opportunity:
- Hunt, source, and engage high-quality acute care clinicians for short term contracts.
- Build deep pipelines of RNs and Allied professionals ready to move quickly.
- Match, submit, and close candidates on open hospital roles across the U.S.
- Drive speed and volume throughout the recruitment cycle including interviews, offers, and starts.
- Partner tightly with Account Managers to prioritize high-impact roles.
- Create repeat business by building strong relationships and providing superior customer service.
What You Bring:
- 2 years of healthcare staffing or agency recruiting experience (healthcare preferred).
- Strong negotiation skills and power of influence. You know how to create urgency, build trust, and secure commitments.
- Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding KPIs with a strong production history.
