💰 Base Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 Uncapped Commission

We're partnered with an internationally established recruitment business focused exclusively on the Life Sciences sector, supporting some of the world's leading Pharmaceutical, Biotech, MedTech, and Healthcare organizations across North America and globally. The firm has built a strong reputation through deep market expertise, long-standing client partnerships, and a genuine commitment to employee development and career progression.

The Opportunity

This is a true full-desk recruitment role where you'll be responsible for both business development and candidate delivery. You'll have the opportunity to build your own market, develop long-term client relationships, and work alongside experienced recruiters within a highly collaborative environment.

While the team specializes in Life Sciences recruitment, previous Life Sciences experience is not required. We are interested in successful recruiters coming from markets such as:

• Technology
• Finance & Accounting
• Legal
• Executive Search
• Professional Services
• Other white-collar recruitment sectors

What You'll Be Doing

• Developing and managing your own portfolio of clients
• Winning new business through proactive business development
• Building and maintaining strong candidate networks
• Managing recruitment processes from initial brief through offer stage
• Conducting market mapping and talent identification
• Negotiating terms, fees, and offers with clients and candidates
• Becoming a specialist advisor within your chosen market

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of full-cycle (360) recruitment experience
• Proven experience generating both client and candidate activity
• Strong business development mindset
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ambitious, competitive, and motivated by performance
• Desire to build a long-term career within a specialist recruitment environment
