We are looking for ambitious, driven individuals to join our team as Entry Level Recruitment Consultants.
No recruitment experience is needed. We provide full training and will teach you everything you need to know about recruitment, sales, business development, candidate sourcing, and the AI/data market. What matters most is your drive, energy, resilience, communication skills, and desire to succeed.
This is a sales-focused role with clear targets, uncapped commission, and significant career progression for high performers.
The Role
You will be a full-desk, 360 recruiter, meaning you will take ownership of the entire recruitment life cycle from start to finish.
You will spend part of your time building relationships with new clients through outbound sales, cold calling, market mapping, and business development. You will also source, screen, and manage candidates for specialist roles across AI, machine learning, data science, engineering, and related technical markets.
You will work closely with both clients and candidates, helping companies hire exceptional talent while supporting candidates through important career moves.
This is a fast-paced, target-driven environment. You can expect to face rejection, especially when cold calling and developing new business, so resilience, consistency, and motivation are essential.
What You’ll Do
- Build new client relationships through outbound sales, cold calling, networking, and business development
- Pitch People In AI’s services to hiring managers and talent leaders across AI and data-driven companies
- Source, qualify, and manage candidates for specialist technical roles
- Manage the recruitment process from first conversation through interview, offer, and placement
- Develop deep market knowledge across AI, machine learning, data, engineering, and emerging technology
- Work toward clear KPIs and revenue targets
- Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Collaborate with a high-performing team in a dynamic NYC office environment
