We are seeking an experienced Welder to join a leading industrial manufacturing team. This position is responsible for welding and fabricating large, complex components used in industrial equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong blueprint-reading skills, attention to detail, and experience working with multiple welding processes.
Responsibilities
- Perform MIG, TIG, FCAW, and/or pulse welding on carbon steel and other metals.
- Weld and fabricate large industrial components and equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings.
- Set up welding machines and select the appropriate settings for each application.
- Perform fit-up, tack welding, and final welding according to specifications.
- Use hand tools, grinders, and other fabrication equipment.
- Inspect welds for quality, accuracy, and proper penetration.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
- Follow company quality standards and safety procedures.
- Work closely with fitters, fabricators, assemblers, and other production team members.
- Previous welding experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial environment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols.
- Strong understanding of welding processes and equipment.
- Experience welding carbon steel and heavy-gauge materials is preferred.
- Ability to perform quality welds while maintaining production requirements.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.

- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
