Responsibilities
- Lead BIM/VDC efforts from preconstruction through project completion
- Manage coordination models and run clash detection meetings with trade partners
- Develop and maintain project models, workflows, and standards
- Support field teams with model-based coordination and problem solving
- Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and design teams
- 5 years of VDC/BIM experience in commercial construction
- Strong knowledge of Navisworks, Revit, and related VDC tools
- Experience leading coordination on large or complex projects
- Strong communication and organizational skills
