We are seeking an experienced Underground Utility Foreman to lead field crews installing large-diameter water, sewer, and storm drain systems on commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of safely and efficiently managing utility crews and completing complex underground projects on schedule.

We are seeking an experienced Underground Utility Foreman to lead field crews installing large-diameter water, sewer, and storm drain systems on commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of safely and efficiently managing utility crews and completing complex underground projects on schedule.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of utility crews in the installation of water, sewer, and storm piping systems
- Ensure all work is performed safely, accurately, and in accordance with project plans and specifications
- Plan, schedule, and manage materials, equipment, and manpower
- Communicate effectively with project managers, inspectors, and subcontractors
- Maintain jobsite safety and quality standards
- Train and mentor crew members as needed
- Minimum 5 years of experience supervising underground utility crews
- Strong knowledge of water, sewer, and storm drain installation methods and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret civil plans and specifications
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to bring a dedicated crew willing to work under your supervision

Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
