We are seeking an experienced Trust & Estates Litigation Attorney with 5 years of litigation experience to join our established and growing practice. Position Responsibilities
- Handle all aspects of trust and estate litigation matters from inception through resolution.
- Represent clients in probate and trust disputes, fiduciary litigation, will contests, and related proceedings.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and appellate briefs as needed.
- Conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.
- Advise trustees, executors, beneficiaries, and fiduciaries on complex legal issues.
- Develop litigation strategies and maintain strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff to deliver exceptional legal services.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Active license and good standing with the applicable state bar.
- 5 or more years of trust and estates litigation experience.
- Strong research, writing, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills.
- Ability to manage a substantial caseload independently.
- Excellent communication and client service skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to achieving outstanding results.
- Salary: $150,000 per year
