Manage litigation cases: Handle personal injury and motor vehicle accident cases from litigation through settlement, trial, or other resolution.
Develop case strategy: Evaluate liability, damages, case value, and litigation strategy tailored to each client.
Handle litigation: Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other litigation documents; take and defend depositions and attend mediations, hearings, and court appearances.

What You Bring To The Table
- Active Wisconsin State Bar membership in good standing.
- 2 years of litigation experience preferred; personal injury or plaintiff litigation experience is a plus.
- Strong legal writing, research, negotiation, and oral advocacy skills.
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining quality and client care.
- Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
- Salary Range: $95,000–$300,000 , depending on experience, litigation background, and trial experience
