We are seeking an experienced Traveling Multifamily Superintendent to oversee large-scale multifamily construction projects across multiple locations. This role is ideal for a superintendent who thrives on the road, understands how to run complex jobsites, and can confidently manage high-dollar projects from the field.
Projects are $20M multifamily developments, and we're looking for someone who can step in, take ownership, and keep projects moving efficiently and safely.
Travel & Schedule

Travel & Schedule
- Open to candidates located anywhere in the U.S.
- Consistent nationwide travel required
- Home rotation provided (details discussed during the interview process)
- Lead all field operations for large multifamily construction projects
- Manage schedules, subcontractors, and site logistics
- Ensure work is performed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards
- Coordinate with Project Managers, inspectors, and design teams
- Conduct jobsite meetings and daily field planning
- Maintain safety compliance and site documentation
- Proactively identify and resolve field challenges
- Extensive experience as a Superintendent on large multifamily projects ($20M )
- Strong knowledge of multifamily construction means, methods, and sequencing
- Proven ability to manage large crews and multiple subcontractors
- Comfortable traveling full-time and working independently
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
