What You'll Do
- Handle a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, development, and leasing
- Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, and related agreements
- Conduct and coordinate due diligence, including title, survey, and zoning review
- Manage transactions through closing, including closing documents and post-closing matters
- Work directly with partners and clients on deal strategy, structure, and risk
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Member of The Florida Bar in good standing
- 7 years of transactional commercial real estate experience
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Thorough understanding of title, survey, and due diligence
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple deals at once
- Competitive base salary of $200,000 to $300,000, commensurate with experience
