- 2nd to 6th year attorney (measured from bar admittance)
- Overall defense litigation experience - prior toxic tort experience is not required
- Genuine interest in toxic tort, asbestos, and silica work, and willingness to learn
- Active California bar license in good standing
- Strong research, writing, and case-management skills
- Seat available in any of four California offices
- Hybrid or remote flexibility
- Approximate salary range: $140k-$195k annually, depending on experience
