With multiple locations in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Southeast they provide fast, dependable, emergency response to customers across the East Coast while also being prepared and equipped to respond nationwide to catastrophic property losses that require the expertise, experience, and execution of their specialized team.

Qualifications
Regional Commercial Account Manager:
- 3 Restoration/ Emergency Response Experience required
- Proven experience in business development within commercial sectors
- Existing book of business
- Strong relationships in sectors such as senior living, multifamily, hospitality, healthcare, schools, and property management
- Track record of generating and closing large commercial opportunities
- Self-starter with strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Drive new business opportunities across commercial sectors
- Generate and close projects exceeding $1M in value
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to transition projects from sales to operations
- Represent the company at networking events, client meetings, and industry functions
- Work alongside an existing team of Business Development professionals
