Responsibilities
- Manage construction projects from preconstruction through completion
- Oversee schedules, budgets, subcontractors, vendors, and overall job progress
- Coordinate with clients, field teams, subcontractors, architects, and engineers
- Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and project scopes
- Track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
- Ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Lead job site and project meetings
- Maintain strong communication across all stakeholders
- Proactively identify and resolve project issues
- Support safety, quality control, and job site organization
- 5 years of construction project management experience
- Experience in residential construction
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and budgeting
- Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with construction/project management software preferred
- Ground-up and renovation project experience
- Residential construction background
- Strong subcontractor coordination and client-facing experience
- Familiarity with job cost tracking and project financials

Salary : $110,000 - $140,000
